Hard-time cap: There is a hard time cap of the sooner of 15 points or 90 minutes of total playing time including warm up (i.e. 8:30 to 10 pm for early game and 9:30 to 11 pm for late games), as soccer games are also taking place between 8:30 and 11 pm.

Weather Policy: Games will be played in the rain (unless the Town closes fields or they are covered in puddles of water), but in thunder AND lightning the game will be postponed. During the storm all players must leave the playing area and seek shelter in a car or building. Decisions to cancel a game will be made on the field and all players must wait at least 15 minutes since weather changes frequently; the decision will be made by the players if no convener is present. If the weather clears and the opposing team is not available it will be considered a forfeit with a score of -1. If the weather does not clear up and at least half of the game has been completed, the score will count as is.

Winner to Email Score to USC within 3 days.

PLAYOFF FORMAT

The teams must chose a designated time-keeper as there will be no blowhorn. The game is won by the sooner of the first team to reach 15 points or at the end of 90 minutes. The time-keeper must announce 2 and 5 minutes remaining, with the final point played out in full. If after 90 minutes, the score is tied or there is only a difference of 1 point then add 2 points to the highest score and play until the first team reaches that score. Please take note that the soccer games may go overtime in the event of a tie. Please be considerate and allow them the time to finish their game. This should be no more than 10 min. Note that you do have some time available to finish your game after 11:00, if needed.
