Intermediate/Recreational Volleyball - Fall 2010 Schedule and Standings  

GAMES COORDINATORS (GC): The GC at Milton District is Amanda. As we have 3 nets to set up, players may need to set up nets. Paul is the GC at Guardian Angels. Brandon is the GC at Hawthorne Village and Shane is the GC at Holy Rosary.

SINGLE GYM LOCATION - MILTON DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL: Enter the school through the front doors. At the awards area turn left, go past the double gym, turn right at first hall. Keep going left until you find the gym.

STRICT END TIME MILTON DISTRICT DOUBLE GYM: Games must end by 7:55 pm sharp. The Town gave us this gym as the basketball group agreed to start later to provide more playing time for us at a High School, but this is on the basis that we must be cleaned up by 8 pm sharp. As such, please be ready to play by 6:55.

LADDER SYSTEM: Due to the number of teams, we are using a basic ladder system, in which stronger teams will move up and weaker teams will move down. This helps to ensure more even matches and that no team gets stuck in a division that is not at their level. To properly seed teams, the schedule will be completed on a weekly basis until at least the end of October.

WINNING TEAM CAPTAINS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING AND REPORTING THEIR SCORES TO THE GAME COORDINATOR. IT IS THE GC'S ROLE TO REPORT ALL SCORES TO USC THE DAY AFTER THE GAMES.

MD Double Stage means Milton District double gym on the court beside the stage.

NOTE: Due the the allocation of space provided by the Town and the fact that certain schools are not available to us on certain dates, there are weeks where some teams will not be able to play. Please look at the schedule carefully as teams will be scheduled to play double headers throughout the season to make-up for the weeks that they were not playing.
